Dane Vander Wall, NMD grew up near Denver learning from his father, a chiropractor who focused of soft tissue work. He developed a passion for the healing power of nature, and a lifelong interest in natural and herbal medicines, gardening, and the outdoors. He studied at the University of Colorado, earning a BS in biology with a focus on botany.
Dr. Vander Wall completed his Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine program at the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, OR. While studying at NUNM, he developed a focus on physical medicine, herbal medicine, supplements, and sports medicine. He has worked with a variety of practitioners utilizing naturopathy, TCM, injection and stem cell therapy, functional neurology, minor surgery, lifestyle and nutrition counseling, and IV medicine. he has completed additional courses and seminars in Applied Kinesiology, CEDH homeopathy, autoimmunity, and herbal medicine.
He met his wife at NUNM and enjoys spending time with her and their wonderful 2 year old son. When he finds time he loves being outdoors- backcountry skiing, backpacking, camping, kayaking, mountain biking, and exploring.
Dr. Vander Wall is now practicing at Foundational Healing and Sport Clinic focused on functional medicine; utilizing lab interpretation, nutrition, supplements, physical medicine and other modalities to help people identify the root causes of health issues and support them on their healing journey.
